The Company Shed in West Mersea serves a range of seafood but is most famous for its oysters, taken from the oyster beds just feet away. It is known for its relaxed approach towards dining, only providing you with the tools you need to crack, pick and peel your shellfish. Don’t forget to take with you a chilled bottle of white wine and a crispy loaf of bread to accompany your cold sea food platter.
