Right on the seafront in wonderful Aldeburgh, this restaurant features fabulous local food sourced from some of the finest producers in Suffolk. The menu is always seasonal and takes full advantage of the fantastic local fish suppliers.

The Lighthouse, Aldeburgh

A relaxed atmosphere and excellent food. Pan-seared scallops with bacon lardons and mixed leaf salad is a personal favourite starter. A varied menu.
We are also close to the popular Two Magpies Bake School, surrounded by their fabulous cafes serving wonderful artisan bread, light dishes, and pastries.

The Plough and Sail is a favorite for those attending performances and events at The Maltings. Known for excellent Sunday roasts. Owned by twin brothers Alex and Oliver Burnside, who also run the popular Regatta, Aldeburgh, known for its fish dishes. - The Crown, Great Glemham (dog-friendly: Yes) – A friendly village pub with a large garden and terrace for the better weather. Three relaxed and cosy dining areas, each with a wood burner, perfect in winter. A comprehensive menu with traditional favourites like pie and mash, fresh fish, local crab, burgers, sandwiches, and ciabattas. Vegan menu and impressive gluten-free selection. Breakfast on Saturdays from 10 until 11:30 am.
