A Listed stable conversion – not suitable for wheelchair bound guests

Ground floors are slate in the kitchen and brick in the living area. First floor bedroom boards and rug. Bathroom tiled.

Entrance up step and then threshold through a standard size glazed stable door directly into kitchen. Outside light.

Under-counter single oven and hob over. Dishwasher. Belfast sink. Under-counter fridge with ice box. 

Though to main living area.

Wood burning stove. Sofa, armchair and footstool. Screen across TV/CD/DVD/Wi-Fi. Oak refrectory table seats five.  Stable door leads outside on the other side of the building.

 Modern easy rise staircase (uncarpeted/with handrail), window to the side leading directly into the bedroom.

Antique bed with canopy.  Two windows.

Door leads to bathroom. Bath with ball and claw feet, fitted wash hand basin with cupboard under, WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Window.

Outside patio seating area with table and two chairs.

Outside picnic benches

Off road Parking in the adjacent Private Nature Reserve – you can load and unload outside the cottages front door.
