This cottage is not graded in any special way and all worktops, bathroom fittings, beds and chairs are standard heights.
Dogs are welcome in this cottage.

There is ‘pull-in’ parking immediately outside the cottage for loading and unloading. For normal/overnight parking, Yew Tree Rise, on the right about 100m to the north (down the hill) is recommended. Access is from a paved courtyard to the rear.
Wren Cottage has TV/radio and and attached DVD/CD player, is completely self-contained and is inclusive of towels, bedding and a generous welcome breakfast pack.
There is WiFi provided for guests. Mobile signal at the cottage is good for most providers but can be patchy in the general area.
The owners live in the same village and are usually available to assist guests with any queries.
There are maps and masses of information on local attractions in the cottage plus all important emergency numbers like doctors, hospital, dentist, taxi and vets.
Wren Cottage is a 2 floor cottage with open- plan living/dining room and a separate kitchen, with gas Rayburn oven and hobs downstairs. There is a shower room and WC on the ground floor with a 6-inch (15 cm) step up from a lobby (containing concealed washing machine and tumble drier) with a 5-inch (12.5 cm) step up off the entrance hall. There are two double bedrooms upstairs off a landing with an en suite bathroom off the master bedroom. This bedroom has a step-over doorsill (6 inches/15 cm high). There is a wall-support truss on the left side of the bed in this room. Some beams and doorways in the cottage are low (minimum headroom 5 feet 3 inches/1.60 m) but ceilings are generally of normal height.
There is a wood-burning stove in the living room and remote-controlled central heating throughout the cottage.
There are two 4-inch (10 cm) steps down from the courtyard into the entrance hall. There is a second (stable-type) door with two 6-inch (15cm) steps up directly into the courtyard from the kitchen.
The stairs to the second floor are of normal width (31 inches, 81 cm) and steepness with a banister.
The entrance hall (7 feet 2.14m square) leads, through a 3 feet- (92cm-) wide opening, down a 6-inch step, into the living room downstairs or up the staircase to the bedrooms.
The en suite bathroom has a normal bath (with shower attachment). The downstairs shower is good-sized, with a 4-inch sill to step over.
