The Style and quality of the furnishings are definitely 5 Star, but the arched leaded windows and welcoming sofas and beds give a very comforting and cosy feel to the place.

There is a perfect little kitchen and a modern shower room and downstairs a good sized Utility room with the usual machines.

What makes this place so special is that from the moment you arrive, you can cut yourself off from the world, you have a wonderfully comfortable living space and a completely secluded Walled Garden to just let the stresses of everyday life just drop away.

I took these photos on the first sunny day of Spring, just wait till you see the wildflower meadow in full bloom !

To get to your own private wildflower meadow you walk past the lovely vegetable patch were you can pick your own organic herbs, vegetables and salads.

The meadow has a pond and 3 water courses and is specially tended to be a wildflower meadow with many lovely wild rose, nut, quince, apple, cherry and pears trees dotted around the paths that leads up to an ancient thatched Summer House, here you are completely in your own world and you can enjoy the beauty of a real English wildflower meadow all day and watch the stars at night and while you tend the little BBQ provided. What could be more relaxing?

It is just 4 miles down the river valley to the pretty Suffolk village of Clare, where the Antique Hunters congregate for the excellent Antiques auctions, carry on down the valley and you come to another of Suffolk’s famous Medieval Villages; Cavendish, here is where The George, which is one of the best Gastro pubs in the area is to be found another 10 minutes and you are in Long Melford home to the TV series Lovejoy and full of Antique shops, this is again a very pretty Medieval Village and keep driving and in another 10 minutes you are in Lavenham which is widely regarded as England’s Best preserved Medieval village and a real hidden treasure.

If you go in the opposite direction you come to Castle Hedingham in about 10 minutes and this is a great place to visit, a wonderful Castle famous for its Period Re-enactments and a great pub "The Bell" in the centre of the village which has excellent beer and there are quite often a few musicians and more than a number of skiving surly Knaves and Wenches from the Castle re-enactments - all in period dress and usually hounded back to the castle by a Man at Arms.
