Pustevny is a mountain top 'Fresh Air Spar dating back to the 1800's it is a unique placve to visit with fabulous walks, beautiful views and great restaurants.

This is Pustevny.

It is a great day out and you can either drive all the way to the top or take the ski chair lift up which will give you some terrific views.

Lots of people take their bikes up on the chair lift as the free wheeling trip back down is something else !!

At the top where the road ends and the walking boots take over there are an amazing row of ornate houses, the like of which you will never see again.

They were designed as Victorian 'Fresh Mountain Air Spars' and of course always had a good line in rich food and fabulous beers, infact the God of Beer 'Radegast' has a massive statue another 2 miles up the Mountain !

Juat take a look at these photos.

From here you can walk up to the 'Look out Point.

And carry on towards the Staue of Radegast the God of Beer, after viewes like these You are ready for a small drinky.

And onwards to the Bar at the end of the world and the wooden church at the very top of the world.

Pustevny is about 30 minutes by car from Tara and a fabulous day or 2 out.
