Dons Barn definitely has the WOW Factor. It was once the early 1700's Winnowing Barn of The Grove Farm. Now converted into a cosy cottage it has an impressive view over the Orchard through the massive Oak Barn door windows and you can watch the sunsetting from your bed on the galleried first floor. |

The Bakery

Our Honeymooners Favourite. Since 1720 The Bakery provided bread for the old Grove Farm, now it is converted into an extremely cosy and romantic self-contained cottage. It has a pretty open fire in the original ancient Baking oven which you can watch as you sink back into the comfy sofa and enjoy the sunset over the Orchard gardens. The cottage has many characterful and original features like its brick floor, old beams and massive 'Kettle' which was State of the Art in 1700 for laundry and beer making. Pets Welcome |

Scrumpy's is a 3 bed-roomed barn conversion in the grounds of a lovely ex vicarage, it is also a great economic option for larger families to get away for a week or 2. The garden overlooks the pretty church (Bells only once per week) and both are perched on the top of the hill over looking the picturesque Brett River Valley. The Grove Cottages holiday homes are situated in South Suffolk / East Anglia which is less than 2 hours for London or an hour from Cambridge and where the famous English Landscape painter John Constable was born and created such masterpieces as 'The Haywain'.
The Grove Cottages are available all year for weekend and midweek short breaks as well as weekly holidays and the accommodation sleeps from 2 to 6.
