Rose Cottage with its lovely big open log fire is a welcoming place to come home to after exploring Suffolk's beautiful countryside and tiny Medieval villages. This romantic holiday cottage was once part of the early 1700's dairy here at The Old Grove Farm. Eventually converted into a cosy cottage it retains masses of character from its past, with it's high vaulted wooden ceilings, lime-washed walls, exposed beams and lovely old wood floor.

Dons Barn definitely has the WOW Factor. It was once the early 1700's Winnowing Barn of The Grove Farm. Now converted into a cosy cottage it has an impressive view over the Orchard through the massive Oak Barn door windows and you can watch the sunsetting from your bed on the galleried first floor.

The Bakery The Bakery - sleeps 2

Our Honeymooners Favourite. Since 1720 The Bakery provided bread for the old Grove Farm, now it is converted into an extremely cosy and romantic self-contained cottage. It has a pretty open fire in the original ancient Baking oven which you can watch as you sink back into the comfy sofa and enjoy the sunset over the Orchard gardens. The cottage has many characterful and original features like its brick floor, old beams and massive 'Kettle' which was State of the Art in 1700 for laundry and beer making. Pets Welcome

This lovely little cottage was once the Reading Room for Kersey, Suffolks very very prettiest hamlet. This cottage has lovely open log fires in both the main room and the bedroom - just how romantic do you want a place to be?

And it has its own 11 acre fenced in meadow where your doggies can hurtle around in total safety. There are Badger watching hides, an Owl Tower and a Story telling thatched hut - all very magical.

Situated in Walsham le Willows a small picturesque rural village near Bury St Edmunds, this cottage has the architect owners stamp of 'Design' and comfort on it. There is a good sized landing room where there are 2 single beds for either a 3rd person or up to 2 children

Spadgers Spadgers - sleeps 3

A romantic holiday cottage with an open log fire Spadgers is part of a short terrace of 18th Century flax workers cottages just off the lovely Village Green of Long Melford. Spadgers benefits from 2 bedrooms and sleeps 3 people, the kitchen breakfast bar overlooks a lovely little oasis of a garden with a back gate leading straight out into the fields. Long Melford is one of Suffolk's prettiest Villages and is a haven for Antique hunters having been made famous by the TV series 'LoveJoy'

Orchard Cottage was created out of the old hay and pigeon lofts that made up part of the long Eastern wall of the old enclosed farm quadrangles first built in the 1720's. It is our biggest cottage and sleeps 5 people very comfortably and a sixth in an emergency.

Laundry Cottage is a beautifully restored Jacobean cottage full of original character and quirky features like the Breton (cupboard) bed. The cottage was once home to the miller of Plomesgate Mill. This luxury cottage is filled with original features, stunning textiles and the finest attention to detail. Laundry Cottage is situated 7 minutes from the pretty coastal town of Aldeburgh and is surrounded on three sides by a stunning nature reserve. This 5 star cottage is not to be missed !
