Gun Cottage is the old 1720's farm worker's cottage situated at the end of the The Old Grove Farm. It retains all of its original simple homeliness and charm and has a lovely open log fire.

Holmwood is an absolutely gorgeous 16th Century Romantic Thatched Cottage in a group of 5 cottages and a pub next to the Sudbury to Ipswich Main Road, just 4 1/2 miles from us at The Grove.

Cissy's Cottage Cissy's Cottage - sleeps 4

Cissy's Cottage is a romantic restoration of a beautiful Millers cottage, complete with wooden panelled walls and an original 1780's Kitchen Range in the sitting room which you can still use as a cosy fire. Situated between the A12 & pretty coastal town of Aldeburgh, it is close to Snape and The Snape Maltings where the Benjamin Britten Music and Arts Centre is based. There are wonderful walks straight from Cissy's as it has direct access to a beautiful Nature Reserve.

Scrumpy's is ideal as a temporary home and we accept booking from a week to 6 months. Scrumpy's is a 3 bed-roomed barn conversion in the grounds of a lovely ex vicarage, it is also a great economic option for larger families to get away for a week or 2. The garden overlooks the pretty church (Bells only once per week) and both are perched on the top of the hill over looking the picturesque Brett River Valley. Close to Bildeston and Hadleigh and within easy reach of Ipswich, Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds and Colchester.
