Snow Cottage is an ideal little getaway, a romantic and cosy single storey cottage sleeping a couple Snow Cottage is a stylish conversion of part of The old Grove Farm. The unusual 'Soldier' brickwork dates back to the 1700's. The main room has a beautiful old wood floor and an impressively high vaulted wooden ceiling. Snow Cottage has an interesting mix of period and modern 'classic' antique furniture which creates a 'loft feeling'.

Rose Cottage Rose Cottage - sleeps 2

Rose Cottage with its lovely big open log fire is a welcoming place to come home to after exploring Suffolk's beautiful countryside and tiny Medieval villages. This romantic holiday cottage was once part of the early 1700's dairy here at The Old Grove Farm. Eventually converted into a cosy cottage it retains masses of character from its past, with it's high vaulted wooden ceilings, lime-washed walls, exposed beams and lovely old wood floor.

Bromans Barn Bromans Barn - sleeps 2

This is an elegant and romantic cottage for a couple who want to explore Mersea Islands wonderful Nature reserves and enjoy a beautiful cottage with a cosy fire - you are on a farm that stretches down to the salt marsh nature reserves where seals bask. There are wonderful walks which will take you along the beaches straight from this very ecologically converted barn next to the pretty pond. Pets are welcome

The Pump House The Pump House - sleeps 4

The Pump House is surrounded by its own beautiful wildflower meadow with a small stream and the Pilgrims Way running through it. The medieval village of Stoke-by-Nayland is just up a tiny single track lane, the setting could hardly be prettier. This Holiday Cottage is ideal for guests who enjoy wonderful walks and being close to nature. The cottage is a 'Grand Designs' conversion of a Water Pumping Station and has incorporated all the latest ecological systems for heating and water treatment - a very unique and enjoyable cottage to stay in. Pets are welcome.

Scrumpy's is ideal as a temporary home and we accept booking from a week to 6 months. Scrumpy's is a 3 bed-roomed barn conversion in the grounds of a lovely ex vicarage, it is also a great economic option for larger families to get away for a week or 2. The garden overlooks the pretty church (Bells only once per week) and both are perched on the top of the hill over looking the picturesque Brett River Valley. Close to Bildeston and Hadleigh and within easy reach of Ipswich, Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds and Colchester.

The Grove Cottages are available all year for weekend and midweek short breaks as well as weekly holidays and the accommodation sleeps from 2 to 6.
